Shipping Policy & Information

Eid Creations makes every effort to charge accurate and affordable shipping charges. You have several shipping methods during checkout. Eid Creations reserves the right to use a different shipping method than the one request by customer as long as it doesn’t affect the transit time.

Eid Creations ships packages Monday - Friday. We do not ship on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on national holidays. Once the order is received, packages ship  within 3 business days.

We require a physical address, either resident or business. We are not liable if given an undeliverable address and items get returned. If items are returned, Eid Creations will refund items less shipping. 

Processing 

Orders are shipped within three (3)  business days of your order date. We do our best to keep our items in stock at all times, but sometimes items will be on backorder. In those cases, we will wait to ship all of your items together. You may request multiple shipments for an additional fee.

Transit Times

You have the choice of several different shipping methods, each with different transit times, please look at this chart for the estimated transit time. These time are in addition to the processing time. 

  • Ground Shipping/USPS Retail Ground. Please allow 2-7 business days. It is important to note that our free shipping option is ground shipping.
  • USPS First-Class. Please allow 1-3 business days.
  • USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 1-3 business days.
  • USPS Priority Mail Express. Please allow 1-2 business days.
  • FedEx Home Ground Delivery. Please allow 3-5 business days
  • FedEx Ground. Please allow 3-5 business days
  • FedEx Express Saver. Please allow 2-3 business days.

Transit time for International Shipping is dependent on the destination country. Please check with the shipping provider for more accurate transit times.

  • USPS Priority Mail Express International. Estimated transit time is 3-5 business days.
  • USPS Priority Mail International. Estimated transit time is 6-10 business days.
  • USPS First-Class Package International. Estimated transit time is 10-14 business days.
  • FedEx International Economy. Estimated transit time is 2-5 business days.
  • FedEx International First. Estimated transit time is 1-3 business days.
  • FedEx International Priority. Estimated transit time is 1-3 business days.

Expedited Shipping 

We offer expedited shipping, but orders must be received by 12 p.m. PT to be processed same day. If received after 12 pm PT, we will ship the next business day.

Holiday Shipping

The holiday buying season causes a spike in shipments, which can overwhelm carriers and delay packages. We make every effort to process and ship your purchase swiftly, however, we cannot be held responsible for delays in transit during the holiday season. Please shop early to ensure your items are delivered on time.

LOST ITEMS

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost items.

We understand that sometimes things can get lost along the way.

If your package was marked as delivered by the mail carrier, but you have not received it, please make sure to double check that you have input the correct address in your initial order. If there is an error, your order is most likely on its way to us and we will ship it right back out to your correct address!

If your address and information are correct, please check with your local post office. 15 days after the initial delivery, you will be able to file a missing mail search with USPS. We will need for you to share this search ID in order to assist you further. Please reach out to Customer Service within one month of the delivery date indicated within your tracking link. Inquiries submitted after one month will not be accepted.

STOLEN ITEMS

Please note that we are not responsible for any stolen items.

If your package was stolen, please file a mail theft claim with USPS, as well as a complaint with your local police station.

FAILED DELIVERY

If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will process a return for your order. Please note that any shipping fees will not be refunded if the order was returned due to an error on the customer’s part.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

As it is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct address when placing an order, it is also our responsibility to ship to the address provided to us. Please make sure to input the correct shipping address when placing your order.

Even if you notify us about the incorrect address before your order has been fulfilled, please understand it is difficult to guarantee we will be able to modify your order in time.

Unfortunately, if a package is delivered to the wrong address due to a mistake on your end, it would be difficult to offer you a refund or replacement.  If you have access to the location or are able to contact the current resident, we suggest reaching out to them in regards to your package. You can also try submitting a missing mail request to USPS and see if you can have it returned to you.
