Unless other wise noted, our products are high quality paper. 

Returns

Yes! We accept returns for unopened regular priced items. We don't accept returns on sale items. 

You have to return your items within 15 days of your delivery date. 

If you'd like to return your items, email hello@eidcreations.com to start your return. You can find our full return policy here. Eid Creations does not provide return labels. 

All refunds will be given as store credit. 

At this time, we can't cancel orders. As a small team and a small business, we try to get orders out as quickly as possible; and therefore, aren't able to check messages about order cancellations before we ship. 

No, unfortunately we can't accept returns of holiday products after the holiday has passed.

Shipping

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but remember we are a small business with a small team. We will ship within three (3) business days of your order date. 

We ship packages Monday - Friday. We don't ship on weekends nor National holidays. Once we ship packages, we can't guarantee transit times. You can find estimated transit times here

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost items.

We understand that sometimes things can get lost along the way.

If your package was marked as delivered by the mail carrier, but you have not received it, please make sure to double check that you have input the correct address in your initial order. If there is an error, your order is most likely on its way to us and we will ship it right back out to your correct address!

If your address and information are correct,

  • Look around the delivery location.
  • Ask your household and neighbors.
  • Wait two business days to see if it arrives. It’s rare, but sometimes carriers may mark packages as delivered before they arrive.
  • Please check with your local post office.

15 days after the initial delivery, you will be able to file a missing mail search with USPS. We will need for you to share this search ID in order to assist you further. Please reach out to hello@eidcreations within one month of the delivery date indicated within your tracking link. Inquiries submitted after one month will not be accepted.

Please note that we are not responsible for any stolen items.

If your package was stolen, please file a mail theft claim with USPS, as well as a complaint with your local police station.
